Tanuki Founder Speaks at SOW-NINE in Honolulu
Tanuki Interactive CEO David Fry participated in a panel discussion on cause marketing at the 2009 State of the Web Conference in Honolulu. Fry, along with Democratic Party of Hawaii Chair Brian Schatz, AJ Halagao of Inspire Politics, and Kevin Vaccarello of Sustain Hawaii discussed changes in the technology used by non-profits and political campaigns. Tanuki Interactive Presents to Hawaii Angels Board
Tanuki Interactive presented to the Board of Directors of the Hawaii Angels in February 2009, one of the largest and most active networks for businesses seeking angel financing. Since 2002, Hawaii Angels has grown to nearly 100 members, with more than $22 million invested in Hawaii businesses.

Fry Wins Hi-Beam Investor Pitch Competition
Tanuki Interactive CEO David Fry was awarded first place in the 2008 Investor Pitch Competition held by Hi-Beam and Enterprise Honolulu. More than thirty companies participated in the competition which was held in November 2008 to encourage and assist Hawaii business owners seeking angel and venture capital investments. Fry won first prize in the 3-minute Elevator Pitch competition.
